Young adults with different dance experiences and different professions. They all share life in a working world that constantly confronts them with demands and leaves little room for their individuality.
Participation in this piece offers the dancers the opportunity to distance themselves from their everyday work and to discover themselves. Dance is a safe and free space for all of them to express their own personality in movement qualities and forms. The choreography lives from the uniqueness of the participants.
The collective term Contemporary Dance is generally understood to mean the choreographic stage dance art of the present. Recently developed dance techniques are integrated and current trends from other art forms are incorporated. Dance here can be very abstract. It is used as a language that speaks only about the body in motion.

A group embarks on a journey across the water, hoping to find a better future.
The dance theater company «vis à vie» was founded five years ago by choreographer and dancer Pilar Buira Ferre. The dancers are 50 years or older and most of them discovered dance theater for themselves only after important areas of life such as work, family and children no longer took up all of their time.
The piece is about people in search of a safe place. A place where they are welcome and feel understood. Getting there is a long journey across water that exhausts people to death. But whatever happens on this journey: there is no going back, only hope for a better future.

A new interpretation of the classic "Le Sacre du Printemps" with live music - irritating and touching.
The group Tanztheater Dritter Frühling is the oldest dance theater with people over 65 in Switzerland. 13 female dancers and one male dancer between the ages of 66 and 84 came together for this piece. Some of them have been part of the dance theater group for many years, while others are on stage for the first time. They all share the joy of dancing.
How can we stand together and what drives us apart? Did something really go terribly wrong after the Big Bang and is there already a ghost marching beside me? Are we about to lose control? The piece transforms personal and political struggles into rituals, which are presented as timely rhythmic dances. The group is carried by a common pulse and the desire for a utopia.
